Phydeb Holsons Nigeria Limited is a Limited Liability Company with branches in Abuja (F.C.T.), Lagos, Umuahia (East) and Head Office at Ibadan, Oyo State.
The company was founded in the late 1980s by Rotarian Adebayo Raji as an Entrepreneur and got registered as PHYDEB HOLSONS NIGERIA COMPANY in 1984.

PHYDEB HOLSONS NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated in August 1988 with additional Directors. Registration number RC 108, 595 with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

The Company with unique pedigree has evolved a commitment to the continuous development of products and services, customer and employee care, dedication to Total Quality Management and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances in Scientific and Engineering world.

Phydeb Holsons Nigeria Limited operates from modern, purpose built Headquarters located at Kilometer 142, Lagos- Ibadan (Ojoo) Express Road, Opposite Power- house B/Stop, Ashi Quarters, Ibadan , Oyo State, Nigeria.
Constructed on the a self-contained plot of land located along the Lagos-Ibadan (Ojoo) Express road is approximately 5 kilometers from the local airport, and very close to the rail network.

Phydeb Holsons Nigeria Limited currently represents the following world-class manufacturers and marketers:-Labvolt Systems USA & Canada. Cussons Technology Limited, United Kingdom. GHLucas Limited, United Kingdom Graymark International USA Nitronic Systems Italy.

Others Product design and project engineering services together with manufacturing and field technical support is provided by an Engineering Department of approximately 10 staff.

This comprises of qualified professionals in Science and Engineering. The Company utilizes a powerful in-house computer based stock and materials control system to ensure the economic and timely availability of product and manufacturing resources, approximately 20,000 items are maintained in stores.

Product design, specialization and experience is available in the following fields : General Science Laboratory Equipment, including Physic, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural and all other specialized services. Specialized Engineering Equipment in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Electronics, Agricultural Technology and other related component/ assembly systems for wide range Training and Industrial plant applications.
General Laboratory Chemicals, Medias and Stains are also available.
